I love the quiet before the storm !
I can't contain my energy...but I become very calm and take it all in! It is here on the start line before the race even begins that I feel truly blessed to be a competitive athlete!
Thanks for the good words about my race Chris!It was really a hard IM. I agree with you on the bike picture from NM. I am not sure if my seat slipped but the photo before this one seemed a little better so it could have been the way I was sitting.

I remember seeing a better picture from a fitting a few months ago, I think in New Mexico. Did you change it since then?
