I love the quiet before the storm !
I can't contain my energy...but I become very calm and take it all in! It is here on the start line before the race even begins that I feel truly blessed to be a competitive athlete!

Saw the guy in the orange shirt on IM Arizona today!
That's right I saw Coach Paulo yelling at Jordan Rapp to move it on IM Arizona today! Classic! I always love to see him on the course as I know he's going to make me dig deeper or feel guilty when I have nothing!

HA! I thought I saw him cheering on Jordan Rapp! I agree that he instills GUILT in me that i am running too slow!!
