People always ask what I eat and how I get my calories in!




Here is this weeks shopping list for me and my family

Big on Fruit in my house as my kids don't love all the veggies!

yummy grocery list! what are guacamole popcorn chips?!? They sound like something I need to track them down when I'm in the USA next!

Is it wrong that I am sometimes especially motivated to get in a kick-ass workout because I know I can eat like an Ironman? Seriously, don't answer that.

Very similar nutrition at our house, except for our occasional pint of Ben and Jerry's.

Thanks for all the great comments guys. Food..yes Mark...we all love good food!!!! Training allows us to eat in in huge volumes...right Lindsey J....You showed me a thing or two about food in New Mexico...Bree the popcorn chips are delicious...those are by Quaker!
