Here's a few photos that Paulo took from yesterday's run at the Energy Lab. Tracy is the perfect training partner for me....pity she lives in Seattle! I look forward to some good training camps next year. The lab was actually quite enjoyable and the run along the Queen K not too hot! The zone 4 interval did hurt a little though!
